
Eugene has an inherent eye for success, knowing the right path to take on both an individual project level, as well as long-term company success. After graduating from West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, he served in the US Army Corps of Engineers. He received his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Coopers & Lybrand, forerunner of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Eugene joined a to-the-trade furniture and fabric manufacturer in Dallas as the CFO/COO in 1998 where he helped manage the company through a tremendous ten-year growth period. As a partner with the company's two original owners, he co-founded four successful furniture and textile companies serving the design industry. Drawing on that success and experience, Eugene founded Link Design Solutions, Inc. in January 2008 and serves as the company’s President.
After graduating from the University of West Georgia with a bachelor's degree in marketing and minor in design, Tim worked in the field of graphic arts for fifteen years. After working in positions of sales and sales management, he decided to apply his sales experience towards his passion for design. He obtained his real estate license and worked with developers on new residential developments. During this time, he served as sales manager and earned top awards for his salesmanship. Tim started his career in the interior design industry as the National Sales Manager for Jim Thompson Thai Silk Company overseeing the United States operations in sales and marketing. He also worked with one of the largest showrooms in the U.S., Webster & Co, where he served as their Textile Manager. Tim has worked across the country in residential , contract and hospitalty sales, and has developed close relationships with many top designers. Tim is well known throughout the industry for providing his clients with expert salesmanship and now serves as Link's National Sales Manager.
Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the luxury furniture and design industry, naturally Constansa Mattheis gravitated toward interior decoration. Her love for art, music, and design led her to studies that opened the doorway to a career in production and design. Laying the foundation for her future in the industry of interiors, she currently heads up customer service for Link Outdoor.
After graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in Apparel and Textile Marketing, Amy decided to follow her passion for textiles and interior design. Her career began working with a design trade showroom as a sales representative which eventually sparked her interest in fabric manufacturing. She went to a work for a high-end outdoor fabric manufacturer and was quickly promoted to Operations Manager where she helped with design, outsourcing of raw materials worldwide and production. Amy resides in Dallas with her husband and two beautiful children. She currently serves as customer service representative for Link Outdoor.
A native of Dallas, Nicole joined Link Outdoor after several years of experience in retail management, sales and customer service. Nicole loves to paint and is passionate about merchandising and interior design. She teaches Jiu-Jitsu to women and young adults and is fluent in German. Nicole’s experience in customer service and sales combined with her passion for the arts has led her into a career that perfectly matches her experience with her creativity. She is the newest member of our customer service team at Link Outdoor.
